Programs & Services

We guide students toward a clear sense of purpose, practical life and career skills, and the right mentors — combining live group sessions, curated mentor matches, and an on-demand virtual career library.

Northstar Mentor Matching

A semester- or year-long personalized mentorship program that connects students with trained mentors (alumni or the Northstar network) using the Northstar Index™ to match on values, goals, skills and learning style.

Navigator Workshops

A turnkey, curriculum-driven group mentorship experience delivered to classrooms, campus groups, fraternities, or workplaces. Each cohort is a sequence of instructor-facilitated sessions plus a mentor panel that sparks curiosity and practical skill-building.

Insider Series

A virtual mentorship series of short, searchable interviews and field-specific playlists (YouTube + Instagram). Each episode features a professional who shares what their day looks like, how they got there, the skills that matter, and practical next steps.

Northstar Mentor Matching

One student. One mentor. Real momentum.

Our Mentor Match Initiative connects young people with seasoned professionals in the careers they dream of pursuing—whether that's graphic design, engineering, culinary arts, or entrepreneurship.

Critical Need

Quality mentoring addresses the critical gap where one in three young people in the U.S. reported growing up without a mentor of any kind.

We gather and analyze feedback from youth, parents/guardians, and mentors to continuously refine every aspect of the program.
