A seasoned entrepreneur and educator with over 25 years of experience transforming passions into profitable ventures. Having launched her first business at age five and holding an MBA in Marketing, she has co-founded and led multiple ventures. Drawing on her extensive experience mentoring and teaching at institutions such as Yale, Baldwin Wallace, and Kent State, Stacey took on the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Banks Int’l Group, where she empowers youth and adults through entrepreneurship education.
A recognized leader, Stacey has guided hundreds of individuals in launching businesses and earned the SBA Minority Small Business Champion Award during her tenure as Director of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland's Small Business Development Center. Currently, as the Director of Entrepreneurial Leadership at Franklin Road Academy in Nashville, she fosters innovation in the next generation.

With a strong background in leadership, Derrick served as a dedicated team captain for five years during his college football career, demonstrating resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to unite diverse groups toward a common goal. Additionally, his experience as an assistant to the university president further honed his skills in organizational leadership, collaboration, and high-level decision-making.
Holding a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Derrick brings a strong foundation in governance, strategic planning, and operational management—key qualities essential for driving the success of a nonprofit organization. His ability to build meaningful relationships, paired with his approachable and encouraging nature, has consistently empowered him to inspire and uplift those around him.
As a nonprofit board leader, Derrick is committed to fostering impactful initiatives, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability. His dedication to mentorship, advocacy, and service makes him a dynamic force in guiding youth and communities toward a brighter future.
